You can check your point balance in the account section every time you earn points, and then you will also be notified by email.

Once you’re ready to checkout, log into your account and choose your coupon code. There is a code for each reward. Copy and paste the code, then enter it into the ‘Coupon Code’ box on the Order Summary page.

Unfortunately, you can use only one coupon per transaction.

No! You earned them, they're yours to spend as you wish.

Your rewards will expire 6 months from the date they were earned. Your rewards will be issued when your order has been despatched. You will receive an email reminder one week before your oldest reward expires as a reminder.
