1. Definitions
- Consumer: an individual acting wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
 - Business Customer: a customer purchasing for commercial/professional use (incl. sole traders).
 - Goods: products supplied by Roxie Cosmetics Ltd.
 - Custom-made Goods: Goods made/modified to a customer’s specification (incl. Manufakturo furniture).
 - Pre-order Goods: Goods not held in stock at order time and ordered/manufactured specifically to fulfil the order.

By using this Website you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

3. General Terms of Sale
- We sell cosmetics, beauty products, professional equipment and salon furniture online to retail and trade customers.
 - By placing an order you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
 - Orders can be placed 24/7 except during maintenance.
 - Prices include VAT where applicable; delivery charges are calculated separately.
 - Promotions/discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
 
4. Ordering
- Place orders via the Website by completing the checkout form.
 - Provide accurate name, delivery address, phone and email; you are responsible for accuracy.
 - Items labelled “Only for Professional Use” may require proof of relevant qualifications; we may cancel if satisfactory evidence is not provided.
 - We may cancel an order if details are incomplete/inaccurate, payment is not received within 5 working days, stock is unavailable, or proof of qualification is not provided when required.
 
5. Payment
- Currencies: We accept GBP and EUR. Orders placed from Ireland and other Eurozone countries are charged in EUR; all other international payments are processed in GBP. Customers are responsible for any currency conversion/bank fees.
 - Methods accepted: PayPal; credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Discover); Klarna; Clearpay; Laybuy; IwocaPay; Dopple Finance.
 
5.1 Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna: Pay Later.

5.2 Dopple Finance
Finance may be available via Dopple Finance, subject to approval and standard credit checks. Please review Dopple’s terms and privacy policy before choosing this option.
General: All payments must be completed at checkout or in line with your chosen provider’s terms. We may cancel unpaid orders after five (5) working days.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders ship from our Plymouth warehouse. See our Shipping page for current options.
 - We ship within the UK, Ireland and internationally. Larger items may be shipped in multiple packages or on pallets.
 - You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
 - If an order is refused, uncollected or returned due to unpaid customs duties or import taxes, no refund will be issued.
 - Delivery times are estimates and may vary; we are not liable for delays outside our control.
 
7. Returns, Complaints & Cancellations
7.1 Standard Returns (30 Days)
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return standard items. After 30 days we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, unassembled and resaleable.
 - Items must be returned in the original packaging (incl. inserts/manuals). If delivered on a pallet, the original wooden pallet must be retained and returned during the cooling-off period.
 - Do not send items to the manufacturer; contact us first for return authorisation.
 
7.2 Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable/sanitary goods; opened/used cosmetics and beauty products.
 - Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
 - Pre-order items (unless faulty) and custom-made/bespoke orders.
 - Gift cards, subscription boxes, Roxie Beauty Bags, Mystery Boxes.
 - Outlet items (sold as-is, close to expiry or with known defects).
 
7.3 Refunds & Deductions
- Refunds cover the product cost only; original delivery fees are non-refundable.
 - Once received and inspected, we notify you of approval/rejection within 5 working days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
 - Missing Original Packaging Fee: If goods are returned without original packaging/protective materials (or without the original pallet where applicable), a 10% restocking/repackaging fee will be deducted to reflect diminished resale value. This deduction does not apply to goods confirmed as faulty under warranty.
 - Items not returned in original condition or missing parts (not due to our error) may be subject to reasonable deductions.
 
7.4 Faulty or Damaged Items
We replace or refund items that are genuinely faulty due to a manufacturing defect. Minor cosmetic variations, wear from use, damage during customer assembly, misuse or improper maintenance do not qualify as faults.
- Report within 7 calendar days of delivery to sales@roxiecosmetics.co.uk with clear photos/video and a description of the issue.
 - Returns for inspection must include the original packaging and pallet (if applicable).
 - Complaints are reviewed within 7 calendar days of receipt. If a complaint is not upheld, return and re-delivery costs are borne by the customer.
 
7.5 Undelivered, Uncollected or Incorrect Address — Surcharges
If a parcel returns to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal, or non-collection:
- Return deduction: £5.00 (small parcels) or £50.00 (palletised deliveries).
 - Redelivery on request: £3.95 (parcel) or £50.00 (pallet) — payable before re-dispatch.
 - Pallet replacement: If you did not retain the original pallet required for return, a carrier charge of £50.00 will be deducted.
 
Where customs duties/import taxes were not paid and the shipment was returned/destroyed, no refund will be issued.
7.6 Business Customers (B2B)
For commercial purchases, the 14-day consumer cooling-off right does not apply. Returns of Business orders are accepted only as set out in these Terms and for verified faults in line with the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
7.7 Custom-Made & Pre-Order Furniture — Cancellations
- Cancellation within 48 hours of purchase — no charge.
 - Cancellation after 48 hours but before production begins — 20% total fee (10% Roxie + 10% manufacturer).
 - Cancellation after production starts (after 7 calendar days) — 40% total deduction (30% manufacturer + 10% Roxie).
 
Custom and pre-order items are produced specifically for each client and are non-refundable once production has begun, except for verified manufacturing faults.
8. Discounts & Promotions
- Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
 - Ensure the desired code is applied before checkout; we cannot retro-apply codes or edit orders post-purchase.
 - Promotions requiring a free/discounted item require the qualifying item to be in the cart at checkout.
 
9. Product Images & Descriptions
- Images are for visual reference; colours/finishes may vary due to materials, lighting or manufacturer updates.
 - Such variations do not constitute a manufacturing fault or misrepresentation.
 
10. Professional & Commercial Use
- Many items are intended for professional/commercial use in salons/clinics.
 - You are responsible for holding appropriate training/qualifications and for lawful, safe use; we may request proof and cancel if not provided.
 - We are not liable for injury or loss arising from improper or unauthorised use.
 
11. Pre-Order & Custom-Made
- By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge the item is made or ordered specifically for you.
 - Release/shipping dates are estimates and may change; we are not liable for consequential losses from delays.
 - If a pre-order becomes unavailable, you may choose a refund, a like-for-like replacement, or a suitable alternative of equal value.
 
12. Liability, Governing Law & Dispute
- Our liability for loss or damage arising from your purchase is limited to the price of the goods purchased, except for death/personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.
 - Nothing in these Terms affects statutory consumer rights under UK law.
 - For commercial purchases, the contract is governed by the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
 - These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
 
13. Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any provision is held invalid/unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
 - No waiver: Failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver.
 - Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Website and purchase of Goods.
 - Changes: We may revise these Terms; changes apply to orders placed after the updated date displayed at the top of this page.
