Therefore, after an active day "on your feet", your feet may refuse to obey and simply hurt.
The first advice you get when you feel heavy and sore feet is to place them higher than the rest of your body. Why? Gravity will help the blood and lymph drain away from your feet and calves, and you will feel a lot of relief. Place your raised feet on a comfortable cushion and hold them in this position for about 30 minutes. This should reduce swelling around the ankles, which he likes to appear after a hard day spent "on his feet". For a better effect, also take off your socks so that nothing compresses your body. You can wear comfortable, loose, terry socks with no seams and tight elastics.
Put on socks
If your feet hurt because they were trapped in uncomfortable and uncomfortable shoes for hours, take care of your skin on your feet. It's best to do it in the easiest way. Nothing brings such relief as putting your sore feet into pleasant, warm water. Give your feet a break. Perhaps you think that after a hard day, the most important thing is to simply put your feet on a comfortable sofa and give them a rest. Sometimes, however, this is not enough! Take care of your feet and treat them to a real spa. You can literally make such a foot bath in 30 seconds. All you have to do is add warm water to your pelvis, preferably at a temperature of about 40 degrees Celsius, and add 2 tablespoons of salt to it. It is best to use ready-made mixtures that, in addition to salt, contain other micro- and macroelements. Like the salt of the Dead Sea, which not only nourishes your feet, but also thanks to green tea extracts, it will also relax you.
Don’t forget about aromatherapy
Salts that contain extracts of herbs and flowers will work similarly. A good idea is salt with an extract of lavender and rosemary - lavender soothes the senses, while rosemary soothes (and antibacterial) the skin. Take advantage of the benefits of aromatherapy and add a few drops of mandarin oil to the bath. A warm foot bath with salt and oils will help you stimulate blood circulation in your feet and make your blood and lymph drain slowly from your feet. This will reduce the feeling of heavy feet. In addition, salt water will make the skin on your feet, all corns and corns soft and stop bothering you. You'll also be able to get rid of them easier with a grater or pumice stone.
What will bring you a feeling of relief, especially if you feel that the skin on your feet is tense, and the soles have started to make calluses or corns from uncomfortable shoes, is a feet scrub.
