Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we do! We offer Free shipping for UK customers on all orders over £40*. Orders with Free Shipping service will be send by Royal Mail 48 service.

Do you ship overseas?

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Once dispatched orders to the UK address will take 2-5 business days to arrive except special delivery which is next day guaranteed service. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What's your return policy?

Our policy lasts 14 days. You can return your products to us without a reason. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
