The second pack includes the seat with a headrest plug, two armrests, a sheet holder, guides for fixing the footrest and backrest, actuator cover, assembly instructions, and warranty. How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Once dispatched orders to the UK address will take 2-5 business days to arrive except special delivery which is next day guaranteed service. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Our policy lasts 90 days. You can return your products to us without a reason. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
