If your ordered items have different availability statuses, you may refer the order processing time of the product with longer availability status in working days as a reference as your order will be processed and shipped out altogether.

They can be cancelled within 48 hours free of charge.
After that, manufacturer and processing fees apply, depending on the production stage.
Once production has started, cancellation is still possible but subject to an additional fee, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
Pre-order and custom-made items can only be returned if faulty.
Products returned without original packaging may be subject to a 10% repackaging fee.
Items damaged due to poor packaging may be refused for refund.
