The deep, rounded black ceramic basin minimises splashing of water and products, helping to keep the workstation clean. The durable ceramic is highly resistant to discolouration, scratches and chemical agents. The profiled collar provides stable support for the client’s head, while a practical support in the basin allows for a comfortable head position. A silicone cover reduces the sensation of cold, enhancing the client’s comfort during treatments.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from delivery.
  
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  
• If delivered on a pallet, the wooden pallet must also be returned.
  
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Pre-order and custom-made items can only be returned if faulty.

Products returned without original packaging may be subject to a 10% repackaging fee.
Items damaged due to poor packaging may be refused for refund.
