MAXYMOVA Amino Prep prepares natural lashes and brows before lamination, extensions or tinting. The pre-treatment lotion removes surface oils and impurities while conditioning the hair and surrounding skin.

Amino acids, minerals and postbiotics work alongside betaine, aloe vera, allantoin and sodium hyaluronate. The no-rinse formula can serve as the preparation step on its own or follow a foaming cleanser within the treatment routine.

We provide a warranty on our furniture, equipment, and electrical devices, typically ranging between 3–24 months, depending on the product.

General Return Policy:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from delivery.
  
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  
• If delivered on a pallet, the wooden pallet must also be returned.
  
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  
• Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer — always contact our team first.

After that, manufacturer and processing fees apply, depending on the production stage.

Once production has started, cancellation is still possible but subject to an additional fee, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

Pre-order and custom-made items can only be returned if faulty.

Products returned without original packaging may be subject to a 10% repackaging fee.
Items damaged due to poor packaging may be refused for refund.
