General Return Policy:
Returns are accepted within 30 days from delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
If delivered on a pallet, the wooden pallet must also be returned.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer — always contact our team first.

They can be cancelled within 48 hours free of charge.
After that, manufacturer and processing fees apply, depending on the production stage.

Pre-order and custom-made items can only be returned if faulty.
Products returned without original packaging may be subject to a 10% repackaging fee. Items damaged due to poor packaging may be refused for refund.
