We provide a warranty on our furniture, equipment, and electrical devices, typically ranging between 3–24 months, depending on the product.

General Return Policy:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from delivery.
  
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  
• If delivered on a pallet, the wooden pallet must also be returned.
  
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  
• Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer — always contact our team first.

They can be cancelled within 48 hours free of charge.

After that, manufacturer and processing fees apply, depending on the production stage.

Once production has started, cancellation is still possible but subject to an additional fee, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

Pre-order and custom-made items can only be returned if faulty.

Products returned without original packaging may be subject to a 10% repackaging fee.
Items damaged due to poor packaging may be refused for refund.
