• 15 Minute Treatment Moisturizing Mask - provides intensive hair with long-lasting hydration.
• 2 Minute Express Mask - quickly moisturizes the hair, making it soft and smooth to the touch.
• Deeply Moisturizing Serum - the serum instantly moisturizes and smoothes hair, restoring its elasticity and shine.
• Two-Phase Smoothing & Moisturizing Conditioner - provides hair with protection against excessive water loss, and guarantees smoothing and moisturizing even the driest hair.

Order Processing & Fulfilment: Once payment is completed and verified, your order will be processed by our Roxie warehouse system awaiting product fulfillment. The order processing time varies for each order and depends on the ordered items’ availability status shown on the product page. If your ordered items have different availability statuses, you may refer the order processing time of the product with longer availability status in working days as a reference as your order will be processed and shipped out altogether.

Please find our current delivery options and pricing below. Please be aware that we ship orders only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

We provide a warranty on our furniture and equipment. The warranty period is typically between 12-24 months; however, the exact duration can be found on the product page for each specific item.

If you are uncertain about the warranty for a particular product, please feel free to ask us for more details.

General Return Policy:

• Our policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have passed, we can't offer a refund or exchange.
• Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. If delivered on a pallet, the wooden pallet must be included (please make sure to retain original packaging of the product and pallet for cooling-off period).

Required Documentation:

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Do not send items back to the manufacturer.
