2.0 Overall Terms.
2.1 Roxie Cosmetics.co.uk selling cosmetics to individual and wholesale orders by only internet.
2.2 Condition to accept order by us is to accept terms and conditions.
2.3 Orders can be made 24 hours / 7 days except technical breaks.
2.4 Prices which are visible on the www.roxiecosmetics.co.uk website are VAT included prices. Shipping prices are not included in above prices.
2.5 Promotions in our shop can be used ONLY separately, you should choose which promotion you would like to use and it could be only one.
3.0 Order Terms.
3.1 Orders can be made only by fill the order form on the website www.roxiecosmetics.co.uk.
3.2 To accept order it is required to give us personal details such us: names, address, phone number, email address.
3.3 You are responsible to give us accurate and real personal details.
3.4 Products marked 'Only for Professional use' are available only to trained practitioners who have undertaken formal CPD accredited aesthetics training, in order to process your first order with us we will request proof of this by email and notify you by text. If we are unable to confirm you have attended CPD accredited aesthetics training we will need to cancel your order and issue a refund.
3.5 We reserve the right to CANCEL ORDER in case of :
- Not accurate and incomplete order form.
- Incomplete personal details needed to post order.
- Not receive payment in 5 working days.
- If we do not have a particular product in stock.
- If customer did not provided proof of training for 'Only for Professional use' product.
4.0 Payment Terms.
4.1 We accept payments made by Pay-Pal.
4.2 We accept payments made by Debit / Credit cards: Master Card/ Visa/ Visa Debit/ Visa Electron/ Discover/ American Express/ Maestro.
4.3 Klarna - In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna:

5.0 Shipping Terms.
5.1 All our orders will be send from our Plymouth warehouse and we will use their services, we offer range of shipping methods to suit your needs.

5.3 We do provide International shipping - Please refer to shipping page.
5.4 One order could be send in separated packages, as Royal Mail have limited size parcels.
5.5 Roxie Cosmetics takes no responsibility for errors in the shipping address, if package will not reach recipent and return to our warehouse, then we will provide full refund for the package minus £3.00 of Admin Return fee (if order send by Royal Mail), in order to re-send package customer will be obliged to re-pay for the shipping fees. 6.0 Complaints / Returns / Cancellations terms
6.1 Complaint are under Consumer Rights Law and You should have 90 calendar days to cancel and return goods for any reason to get refund.
6.2 To accept RETURN of goods by us – You need to contact our customer service for instructions.
6.3 In case of Returning goods we REFUND ONLY GOODS COST – POSTAGE COST IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
6.4 You are always responsible for cost of return shipping (unless item is faulty), goods should be securely wrapped and packed to make sure there won’t be any damages.
6.5 We won’t refund any money if goods will be returned AFTER 30 Calendar days, we won’t send it again to You.
6.6 If goods will be delivered to us damaged then we won’t refund money and we do not take any responsibility, You should contact Your shipping company to claim damaged parcel.
6.7 When goods are returned. You are responsible to provide tracking number/ barcode number/ notification number that goods are delivered to us. Otherwise we won’t refund any money until we’ll receive goods in good condition.
6.8 If goods are returned and delivered to us we have right to refund money up to 5 working days.
6.9 We do not accept returns for the image / desing of the product changed by manufacturer and it is not updated on the website. If product has the same barcode then returns will not be accepted.
6.10 If Package return to us to as a 'incorrect address' or 'incomplete address' or 'not called for' or 'address gone away' or 'address inacessible' or 'address unknown' 'refused' - the we will refund your money into our Gift Card only.
7.0 Discounts / Promotion Terms.
7.1 Discount codes available on roxiecosmetics.co.uk cannot be combined / if not stated otherwise.
7.2 Customer should choose the best discount code available for specific items.
7.3 We take no responsibility if wrong discount code has been used.
7.4 Discount codes are available thought our loyalty program which cannot be combined too.
7.5 If discount code doesn't work anymore, it means / expired / no longer stock available / not available for specific customer. We are unable to edit orders and apply discount codes.
7.6 If promotion does not specify to add discounted / free product to cart - it will auto add. Please make sure discounted product is added to your cart before checkout. If you will remove that or anyhow it will not be in your cart - we are not liable to provide discounted / free product to you.
7.7 If promotion does state 'Product must be in cart' and you will not add this to the cart, then we are not liable for sending you a discounted / free product.
