The concentrate has a rust-protecting formula and does not leave stains on the skin or dirty surfaces. Disinfection is simple and hassle-free - just mix the concentrate with water in a ratio of 1:16, immerse the utensils and tools in the solution, and let them soak for a minimum of 3 minutes (recommended 10 minutes). Remember not to exceed 30 minutes of disinfection time for best results.

We provide a warranty on our furniture and equipment. The warranty period is typically between 12-24 months; however, the exact duration can be found on the product page for each specific item.

General Return Policy:

• Our policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have passed, we can't offer a refund or exchange.
• Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. If delivered on a pallet, the wooden pallet must be included (please make sure to retain original packaging of the product and pallet for cooling-off period).
