Can I cancel my Roxie membership?

Yes. If you cancel your Roxie membership, your progress will be saved so you can come back whenever you want. You'll also be able to continue riding for the remainder of your billing cycle. Cancellation is easy from your members account.

If I cancel before my membership is up, can I get a refund for any unused time?

When you cancel your Roxie membership you'll be able to continue riding for the remainder of your billing cycle, you won't receive a refund for any unused time.

Can I buy a Roxie membership for someone else?

You cannot purchase a Roxie membership on behalf of another member. The Roxie account that is logged in at the time of purchase will be the account that receives the membership.

Can I transfer my Roxie membership to another member?

Roxie memberships can't be transferred.
