Fast drying primer, hardener and rinse aid. When applied directly to the nail plate, it hardens it and gives it a shine. When used as a base, the applied varnish stays much better. The conditioner applied as a top coat extends the durability of the varnish, gives an intense shine, strengthens its color, and protects against abrasion and chipping of the varnish. Free from formaldehyde, toluene, DBP and camphor.
