Karl Lagerfeld - fragrances inspired by multi-faceted talent. Karl Lagerfeld, whose full name is Karl Otto Lagerfeld, is a famous artist, photographer and fashion designer who was born in Germany but moved to Paris. Known and recognized, among others thanks to his cooperation with brands such as Chloé, Fendi and Chanel (where he became artistic director in 1983), but also thanks to his own brand Lagerfeld, focusing on the creation of clothing and perfumes.
He presented his first collection in 1984, and thanks to his successes, he started working for, for example, H&M, Macy's or Sephora. The perfume under the name Karl Lagerfeld has been on the market since 1978, when the perfume Lagerfeld Classic for Men was launched. This oriental-woody fragrance was created by perfumer Ron Winnegrad. The brand offers fragrances for women, men and unisex. One of the most popular fragrances is the women's perfume Sun Moon Stars - an extremely feminine, seductive, floral-oriental fragrance created by Sophia Grojsman with modern, independent women in mind. A very popular unisex collection is the Kapsule trio from 2008, which was inspired by geometry. According to Karl Lagerfeld, these three possible fragrances are "music for the nose". "I don't like standardized beauty - without uniqueness, beauty doesn't exist." (Karl Lagerfeld)
